BAUBLES MAKE AND PAINT PLASTER PLAQUE MOULD

What a great idea for indoor activities! Perfect for rainy days and indeed all year round fun for the children!

These Make and Paint plaster plaque moulds are easy to paint because your casts will have a faint outline of the picture etched into it. (For younger children it'd be best to go over the outline first so that it'll be easier for them to see where to paint. For most of the pictures in the insert picture below I simply used a permanent marker to fill in the outline!!). Your finished casts will be sort of like a plaque version of a colouring book! Even I've had fun finishing off these plaques - especially with glitter glue that I used for some of the pictures! How will you and your children decorate yours?

Each of the plaques you make from this mould will measure approx. 7½" x 5½" (19cm x 14cm) and they will be approx. ½" (12mm) deep.

If you want to put hangers on your plaques it's so easy:



A. Twist some garden wire.
B. Sink into the plaster before it sets.

Or you could of course simply sink some string into the plaster at each of the top corners in order to make a hanger that would be visible once the finished plaque is hung up.
